Join the New Mom’s Survival Club – an educational support class taught and facilitated by a pediatric nurse practitioner and mom. This class meets once a week for 6 weeks. Topics will include:

Baby Bodywork Infant Massage

| Massage has many benefits for baby and caregiver. For the baby these include stimulation of the respiratory, circulatory, nervous, muscular and gastrointestinal systems. In this class, you will learn the healing ancient art of Infant Massage and practice with your baby, using eye-to-eye contact while increasing the bond between you and baby, communicating and having fun with your baby.
The massage sequences covered include, reflux, colic/gas, constipation, sleep, and boosting your baby’s immune system. You will learn how to customize these sequences to your baby’s changes and play.
