Before attending group the first time I was very frustrated with breastfeeding, but going and hearing that I am not the only mom with struggles makes such a difference. I look forward to group every week and have learned so much!

I just wish I would have heard about Nourish Family Center earlier. I started going to the support group when my son was 6 weeks old and would have gone earlier had I known about it. Thank you for providing the services that you do!! It is so encouraging to talk with other moms every week and get a lactation consultant's view on the issues us moms are having and to know that help is out there if I need it. Nourish Family Center keeps me breastfeeding!

Kindermusik Village

I kindermusikvillage magine your child swinging softly in a blanket or dancing with you around a maypole. Village provides a delightful environment unlike any other. Through a unique blend of multi-level activities that includes creative movement, vocal play, object and instrument exploration, and a colorful literature component, your baby's growth and development are stimulated and all of his senses engaged.

Kindermusik Village, for children newborn to 1½ years of age, incorporates the most current research on early childhood development and provides families a special place for learning and connecting with other parents and babies through music and movement. High quality, professionally created class and At Home materials include Kindermusik Foundations of Learning, insights based on current research that educate parents about their babies' unique development.

8-week class
Cost: $160 includes tuition and At Home materials

Back to Work

Is it time to return to work already?! This valuable class is best if taken several weeks prior to returning to work. Learn tips to help smooth the transition back to work. Information about time management, pumping and storing breast milk, and keeping connected with your baby will be discussed. Please bring your list of questions and your pump if you have one. This is also offered as a private class and may be attended in person or as a phone consult. Call 303.741.2550 and press 0 to talk with us about the best plan for you. $30 for one-hour group class (minimum of 2 required) or $40 for 30-minute private class

Kindermusik Sign & Sing

"Sign & Sing" teaches children and parents early communication skills.
Age range: 6 months to 3 years

From the moment you meet him or her, you want to understand your baby. What is he thinking? Is she hungry, tired, too cold, content? Early on your baby also has an innate desire to communicate with you.

Joyful Play

joyfulplay Joyful Play is a very special class hosted by our very own Joy Jessop, pediatric occupational therapist. Joy will be sharing her knowledge of infant motor development with a focus on fun activities you can do with your baby to help encourage the achievement of motor milestones. Part of the group will focus on the dreaded "tummy time" to make it more fun and set you and your baby up for success. All of the activities will be easy to replicate at home with your baby.

Babies of all ages are welcome but babies over 6 weeks would be most likely to be able to participate in the activities. Due to the nature of this class, the maximum number of babies attending is 10.

Cost $10.00 per mom/baby
