Latch Class

Are you a mom with a new baby less than two weeks old struggling with latching your baby to the breast? Are you having one or more of the following issues:  breast pain, bruising, cracks, scabs, misshapen nipple after nursing? Meet with our lactation consultant (RN, BSN, IBCLC) and 2-3 other moms who are experiencing similar challenges. Get some valuable tips and see how much milk baby is taking in.  This is a private class and typically takes about 30 minutes.  A 30-minute session is $40.

Important! Must meet these requirements:

• Baby was born at 38-40 weeks
• Baby is 2-14 days old
• Baby's birth weight was 7 lbs or greater
• Mom has no history of breast surgery
• Baby has had minimal to no jaundice

Breastfeeding Connections Support Group

Come and enjoy the company of other moms in our comfortable, relaxed atmosphere for information and encouragement with a lactation consultant (RN/IBCLC) for breastfeeding support. A scale is available if you'd like to check your baby's weight. Your visit is FREE if you preregister online otherwise a $10 charge applies for drop ins.
