I wanted nothing more than to breastfeed my son and because of Nourish I was able to make it happen. Along with breastfeeding struggles, I was struggling being a new mom. The weekly sessions with other moms and my one-on-one sessions with the lactation team healed me inside and out. Save a life! Enroll in our Family & Friends CPR Class Today! Do you want to learn how to save a life? We offer a Family & Friends course that teaches rescuer skills in CPR and relief of choking (foreign-body airway obstruction) for infants, children and adults. This class is designed for moms, dads, grandparents, caregivers, scouts, teachers and anyone who wants to learn how to be prepared in the event of an emergency. This class allows for a lot of hands-on participation to make sure that you feel confident in your skills.

Completion of this class does not result in certification.
Course is taught by certified American Heart Association instructors.

Cost: $35 per person includes booklet
